Ban without enough proof

I just saw one topic atm in ban appeals, a player named Horas asking why he got banned, I already played with horas and I know he don't use any kind of hacks. I saw the video that was used like proof, actually I just see a noob without any scroll of running, walking with w.a.s.d getting stuck in one tree for 15 minutes, and after it, going to another way, OFCOURSE you wouldn't find him, he could use teleport long time ago. I just created this topic to ask from GM to investigate and be more careful with the proofs! Its not the first topic I saw someone getting banned without enough proofs, I'm just wondering when some noob will record something again and say hack, and who's next?

Tbh, this video is poor proof if it refers to a possible speedhacking. Besides if there is no vid as proof, taken from the GM who investigated the case, then that ban is invalid and unfair imo~

 

I've seen a lot & obvious speedhack is obvious .

 

Than whole group is speed hacking cuz that guy is slow like turtle and they all gone out of sight...where is his runing scrol,speed of wind cuz with all this buffs he might folow them.

The main topic is about enough proofs, I think gm should enter and really see if he is using or not.

 

I ve seen the Vid.
-its not clear..
-reporter is not using any scroll/buff
-his OWN grp members are also faster then him
-GM/AM should shk it again

i know Horas and he is a LEGIT palyer. If you guys will keep making sht videos and letting GOOD palyers to get banned... after sometime all you will do is going to be -kill your alt. chars..

lumiel asmo player here, yeah i'd vouch for Horas, he's a legit player, seen him playing in game. I always see him getting pissed because of some players using hacks just to get by in game and yet some of them are not getting pawned by the ban hammer, and now he's been banned for something unusual.

GMs, kindly check on it again, as a fairly donating player here, I'd like for his toon to be reinvestigated since the quality of the video doesn't really show that much proof. If guilty as charged, then what can we do, however if none of the accusations against him are visible or legitimate, please process his release.

This is what a speed hack vid should look like. Legible names, and player visibly moving faster than the allowed speeds.

 

Let's be patient guys, and wait for their reply/announcement.

will thisi s Horas i got banned with poor proof of speed hack as you all saw the vid in rely proofing nothing the ranger has no speed buf and got stuck i run using 3 buffss+ speed scrols so where is the hack idont know realy ans the gm who bann i want you all to see the 2 linkes and see how not fier bann i got
