Carl sent me this link but im posting there my ****ing problems for almost a week already and i still got nothing!!!!!!!!No dresses, no ears that i missed cuz of ****ing site bug!!!!!!!!

i dont wanna quit cuz im playing with my friends.
and if i voted to get my dresses and ears at easter shop and i missed it cuz of ****ing site and cant get it for a week its not a reason to call me nerd. 1500 cre isnt so easy to get and it takes time for me, im not so rich for donating and im spending much time at my work so i cant just sit and vote every 12 hrs. so it takes alot more time for me then it can be for others.

 

me too i havent got refunded and bella keeps deleting my post. so rude.

OK here is the deal She has been through this allready. the website REQUIRES you to choose a server before advancing webpages to the purchase page.
now to me that is a website flaw and anyone with a small amount of decency would just give her her stuff.
but this is but this is gamezaion. this stuff doesnt come from an inventory that someone has to pay for and be replaced.
This IS however how you get people to quit playing on this server. someone that has been donator and will probably never do so in the future do to the poor customer service.

really how hard is it to give her the stuff. i'll tell you exActly how hard it is. its not. they have a reciept. it IS the websites fault the item went to the wrong server. due to a crappy premade shop system from the premade website manufacturer. and all they need to do is place the missing items in the proper inventory and wala no harm, no foul. dragging it out and deleting post to cover it up just proves that gamez doesnt give a rats ass about its players as along as the cash still flows. so I will copy this for the next time they delete it as well
and will post it all on my website. where all of our members will read it and think twice before ever donating again.

I lost my stuffs last event shop too T.T

but the admin gave me the credits back and solved my problem later
It took 3 weeks to fix the problem. though lol

I think its not easy to fix the server problem fast
give them some time and they will fix yours I am for sure

 

strange. after all these days, i've never lost a single item from a holiday shop. lol.

 

You will get your stuffs back !! I promise
If the dev or admins cant solve the problem, at least they give your credits back
