cant log in :(

    hi GM im new here in gamezaion.. why is it that i cant log in??? i have my account... i can enter in your site using my account but i cant log in into the game... every time i log in its always.. "ID and Password does not match (2)" i tried it many times.. i have make other accoutn but still cant log in... pls help me..
