    sir just asking y am I get banned?

    I just try to logged in just now and its says that "you cannot the game through this IP";
    and my last log in is about 11hours ago I get dc while helping other asmo kill the mob in reshanta that drops free gold medal,.

    thats all I do sir and now when i try to log in, I cant anymore :( pls do help me
