Game Crash Problem on 64Bit window 7 fixed?

my game crash when i click launch and u see the ncsoft black screen then it crash anyone know what cause the problem?.

 

By the time you press Start game and you get the black screen, press control+alt+del and then switch to the task manager.

On your taskbar or somewhere anyway, there should be a Firewall warning to Allow or Block the connection from NCLauncher.

I had myself this problem while using BitDefender '010 and I solved it by mistake.

Good luck if that's your problem, because I'm using win7 64 as well and I had no problems, besides that.

 

Only the black screen appears?No error or somethin'..?

 

i says something crysystem.dll problem cause its korean i dontknow its my gf laptop its korean language so its kinda sux

God, im getting something like this too,
i log on my spiritmaster fine, but as soon as i log onto my sorcerer and move or cast a spell,
aion crashes.
