Problem On Installing game

hi im new to this server and im trying to install the game i downloaded the launcher from gamezaion website... but i dont know where to get the full installer of the aion can anyone help me thanks...

 

download Ncsoft luncher(install it) and then Open Ncsoft and Install Aion

 

you need to download the ncsoft launcher and preferably download the game through it ^^ make sure the region settings in it are set to north america because private servers require it

 

ok so how do i change the region?? is it liek i need to open the ncsoft launcher 1st then imma change it from there??

 

yiep, downloads the NCSoft Launcher, then downloads the Aion within the same launcher. But as the Smartik said, you have to choose the North America. Be careful to see if you have enough disk space, because then it is a workload. (; It is one of the easiest things.

 

ohh i see thanks a lot for the help... so after i finished installing the Aion from the ncsoft launcher how can i connect from the gamezaion?? what i mean was how can i make the gamezaion launcher work?? rather than me having a problem i might get to the real aion and not the private server..

 

u need the retail aion as a base, all private servers do is replace 2 files in the bin32 folder which basically changes the IP of the server u connect to (and of course add the gamezaion.exe)

just install that one, then install the gamez launcher into it

 

ohh i see smartik... so in other words when im done installing the Aion from ncsoft im jsut gonna open the gamezaion launcher and it will automatically change everythign from there right??

 

the gamezaion launcher is a tiny installer, all u need to do is locate the place where u installed retail aion (mostly Program Files\NCSoft\Aion\) and it will extract the 3 files into it, then ull be connecting to gamez aion servers instead of retail ^^

 

kk smartik i got you now... i got question about the character's here in aion... cause im planning on making an assassin or probably ranger do you have any guides for an assassin and probably a ranger build and items?? im planning on donating too i hope you could give me some tips...

 

there r many guides on the forums, both assassin and ranger start from the same character (u choose at level 9 which one u wanna be). check the guides section for details or try the search box

the most common question about assassins is what weapons to get. the answer is dagger in the main hand, sword in offhand, the best type is ABG

theres a bug with hide for sins atm, if u use both at the same time, u get stuck in hide permanently (u wont know but nobody else can see u) and u dont pop out even when attacking. people get jailed/warned the first time, later they get banned so careful

we r moving to a new emulator soon which should fix this
