Unable to access old acct

    Hello,

    I have a query on regards of an old acct that i created a long time ago and I was wondering if there is any way to get it back. Although I have created myself a new one I have used the link to retrieve my acct details but it says that my email does not exist. Is there a time frame where old accts might get either banned or deleted after a while of not being accessed? pls adv.

    I dont know if this will help but... I remember the User name because it's in my email, but when I try to reset password it says that email does not exist o_O

    Hmm, did the server wipe before? I was only here for a few months, so I wouldn't know the entire history at all.

    I have tried to vote with my acc but it didnt work.
    "Character not found!" and I have no access to my account anymore.
    "    That user does not exist in our database. Click Here to Register"
    I have voted every day and i loged in my account only a few days ago. Why is my account gone?

    they already implemented that: those acc/char/guild if not active for more than 7 months will be deleted. Those who lost their acc...well just create a new account and start all over again =).

    wtf my acc is banned too
    why did my acc got removed? i voted for gamezaion everyday. why dont u remove accs who are inactivative in voting. its not fair pls i want my acc back.
