About unconcerned behavior of staff

Dear staff members

I would really like to know why people being ignored about their posts and attention need? Unanswered PMs, or just 1 PM and ignore rest and forget the case?

Aren't we deserve your dear attention on our cases? Or it is just working for "some elites" here? Because when "some people" need attention, I've noticed their issues/cases being handled and traced immediately.

I'm very kindly asking for your attention about important cases. Since I know you all are willingly here and nobody can force you for spend infinite time here. But please pay more attention for people/us.

I have unanswered 3-4 PMs about Testaclies; another case is Horas's video can not be even considered as "evidence". Worst quality with a lot of side-parameters those may slow-down the recorder while Horas run away in the video and et cetera.

I guess after 1 month, if I use the same video for someone else, you'll just ban him without even true analyze. Because in the video, names are even not readable.

Paid people, ABG people, high rank people are just being banned for simply stupid reasons and staff is just "unconcerning"... False decisions are affecting many things. There's an anxious atmosphere at Asmodian side at Lumiel since 2 weeks due to that flu bans. People are afraid because they might be banned with any kind of record and accusation.

Please spend a bit more time, pay some attention and make us calm down a bit. Since this issue is slowly being a sickness at Asmodian side.

"saw the video of horas the name was blur so i ask the reporter to give the names of the verdict.. and when i saw the names i compared it the blur name and the name that the reporter gave me... and watched the video 1 to 20 times on getting the name it matched.. watch it and look at the name while the reporter chasing the verdict..."

and same goes to some staff members they can see the name fine.

 

This is not only name issue my dear. If you focus on recorder's running directions, scrolls (he's not speed scrolled) and he even stuck a tree while trying to get in 'straight direction' with Horas and slowed down; you can easily see there's nothing wrong. Recorder just don't know "how to run after an enemy" this is not Horas's fault since he was running just on "straight direction". And a lot more side-parameters.

 

Look in the radar my dear and you will see how he is speedhacking.

 

And this is only one of the issues. Any kind of video might be banned without a honest analyze, this is what really make me feel worrying.

then he says about 3rd pic that he needs to see that hes in hide state. *(3rd pic has nth to do with hide)

also he asks about battle log to see that this sin was in hide state..prolly he cant see the icon of shadow walk

I'm not here to flame anyone and as raintech said above its just a matter of giving importance to the "Reports" senction which is very important

 

Everyone is scared to pvp because of those daft reasons, no one wants to go pvp. Well, not no one. But no one who cares about what others think.
A few days ago, I was in PvP alone, killed a sorc and he told me "he wants to ban me because my life potion recovers 4.5k (or more/less, dunno the correct number) insteat von 3.6k". He said he took a screenshot and will post it here. Well, I dont think that he has post it, but it really makes me scared, when I see who gets banned and who dont.
Okay, I know, my set has healing boost 300 and probably i used Devotion (cleric buff) in this moment, dunno. But if just I know it and the GMs dont really care about or dont analyze the fact, you HAVE to BE scared.

Im quietly tolerant with everything, but those facts, what Kaylara counted here are, what destroy the pvp on this nice server. Not Inggison and the camp spawn destroy it (i had have there some nice fights *smile*), just what she said.

And I cant say, that the community is bad or something. Both sides have their community and I'm proud to be a piece. :3

That vid should never have been accepted. If you have to squint your eyes to read the name, the quality is too bad. Nor is it even very conclusive of the speed hack itself. The one chasing was getting stuck on trees and crap and couldn't get a clear look at the player visibly moving too fast or blinking. The radar blinks, but that could be from lag.

Anyhoo, regarding the topic on the whole: welcome to the staff of 2011 and don't expect change. Bella makes sure of that.

I have checked the video again, focused on radar dear Tousen. All I see is Recorder is always changing direction and even with that, Horas is still in his radar range; just watch until end and follow him in radar. Of course on radar; players are looking port by port because of radar's update intervals. All of them same. Almost in all time-line, Horas in his range and just running. Recorder is just changing directions, that's why he can't reach Horas.

Since he's using only MAU mode, not speed scroll + if you focus on "distance" there, it is very clear Horas is not gaining distance dramatically.

Since video is clear, it can not even considered as evidence.

Same for Testaclies's case. On his video, 0:01 second you can notice Ruiko is "just" used a skill and slowed down. And they weren't in same -straight- direction. Then Testaclies used on him "Chain of Earth IV" which cause his speed "decreased". And at the end of the -debuff- Testaclies's just folded his wings and fell down.

Very clear spots to see, we are also playing everyday with a lot of players + versus speed hackers. Those videos are just not clear evidences in my opinion and same for rest of Asmodian.

But just closed as a simple case. Governor is banned and appeal/recheck request is simply being ignored. Still same...

All Asmo side of Lumiel is asking for the same thing..
Dont let Scrappy check speed reports..

 

Just simply unban those innocent people and let them return to their accounts. It is not really that hard to do... Gain the trust of rest again instead of "ignoring" all of those sounds.

 

Our Brigade (Treasure Hunt) - Micchele - was banned, and yet after 3 weeks, no one knows why. Zodake says Speedhacking, but there not even a report of Micchele Speedhacking. uthi says its about here having an APP Cloth set, but why shoud that be impossible.
We get no answers, why she got banned. Its just sadly.

 

Ignoring is the standard tactic though. It's worked so well in the past. Why not now? Carl ignores basically everything except incoming donations. Kari just kinda randomly locks topics. Bella deletes opposing opinions. Tousen just kinda ignores common sense.

This case isn't different. It isn't special. It's just another person that will end up either making another account or leaving the community. And it's ok, because another poor nub is going to fill his place.
