[2X] About unconcerned behavior of staff

I'd like to learn how you're closing a thread since it is not "ban appeal" for Horas. We are absolutely discussing a lot of things there, please kindly don't mute people with low-distanced angle of view.

I would be pleased to unlock our thread and let us "discuss" in "general discussions" section. As far as I understand, this section is made for that.

Not for muting people. We've just mentioned Horas there as example. He's not center of discussions "as you may read in thread subject". People were talking about "unconcerned behavior of staff" and you were just proved it. You can see many mentions there, not only Horas.

Be kind please and let us continue our discussions.

you answered yourself. if ban appeal was already made there's no need to discuss this issue, cuz forums is getting overwhelmed with the threads like it, and soon so called discussion growth into flame/war thread...

 

It wasn't turned to flame war dear. We were just discussing in range of respect. This is just your "imagination skill" to feel future?

 

No drama is here. It is not a "sin" to let people talk about a common problem... But I'm afraid, we're not allowed to do it. Like "sheeps" > Don't speak, just obey or express your problem via "ignored" PMs. Or your thread being locked by a moderator. And she feel proud to avoid a flame war I guess, since there were not a flame war..

This is absolutely about her imagination talents...

Please don't touch or cause any drama here. This is just a thread to discuss the subject written in topic.

Yes, dear... This is how a drama starts.. You mute your sheeps and let the drama start "under" your actions. And blame the people who still trying to discuss about their ideas. Just please take your hand away from thread and I'm sure, there won't be any drama.

 

Forgive my rudeness in jumping into this thread but don't you think that if there's a lot of thread like this wouldn't that mean that there is something wrong how things are handled in Gamez? /Just my 2 cents.

 

The thread pretty much turned into a ban appeal/flame thread, though. We really do go through everything, though some things might be harder to deal with than others.

Anyhow:

I try to get to all my PMs within a day, so you can always send me something if you need to. I'm sure others (ones that are forum-active) do the same.

As I'm sure you know, nobody gets paid here, so we don't give "special treatment" to anybody that pays (donates). Everybody follows the same rules, and a "VIP" tag on the forums doesn't mean we take special care in any of their requests.

It was definitely speedhacking. We've gone through this with multiple staff members. But we're still reconsidering.
I haven't gotten anything from you about Testaclies (that I remember, at least).

Nobody's banned without good evidence... almost always. Like I said, we're revisiting the case with Horas, even though that was not just the decision of a single person. If anybody has any problems with "false bans", especially for Lumiel, send me a PM and I'll be sure to get to it.

You can ask the reporter to reupload the video in a better quality about horas' speedhacking so that you guys would get a clearer picture if he's speedhacking or not. That could probably solve issues here about horas' case.

Well I guess that is expected since some evidence are not good or clear enough which gives them the opportunity to appeal to the mass about their case.

One, I have submitted problems before and I never got an answer for them. I'm not asmo so you can't say they are being one-sided on this issue. And Two, I looked at the video myself. I know my opinion doesn't matter but look at their buffs and keep eyes on the radar and distance-to-target... The blips keep skipping and the distance keeps jumping.

 

They're far more busy than normal AMs, and they've got a lot more duties they have to take care of. I'm sure you understand. :x

That's really not true. Especially with the "anonymous_reporting" tag, we can't even see who is filing them (admin only). Generally the harder cases take longer to get answered, or are possibly forgotten about. It's really not an issue of preference.

Bryne's looking at the case with Horas. And Scrappy banned Testaclies on 4-27, actually, after looking at his logs.

Quality on videos is much more subjective than screenshot quality - videos can cause a lot of lag for higher quality, and we're not limiting reports only to people with great computers.
And... like I said, we're going over Horas again, so please just wait.
