    in the case of hackers etc, if things look fishy, its safer to jail/ban first and let them defend themselves than let them run around killing the fun for every1 else

    but yeah gms should be able to provide evidence upon which a player was banned and allow the player to defend their case

    give it up, you made a ban appeal and the senior AM/GM said no.
