Problem entering the server

Well i made a new account to play gamezaion server
1st thing i did was get the launcher for gamezaion
2nd Opened Settings changed region to Northamerica
3rd then i had europe and clicked it and Updates a 300MB file done that
4thi opened the launcher for gamezaion that i downloaded then opened the game Placed ID and PW and i had 1 server choice siels west something told me to pick this only server then i clicked it it says

( No game server is available to the authorization server 6 )
i used the game files u posted and placed them and i also repaired but idk what to do any help would be wonderfull

 

im confused on step 3, what do u mean, then i had europe and clicked it?

 

on the left side of NCsoft launcher i had Europe so i clicked it and it wants a 300mb update so i updated it btw i play official game also on European server.

and do u mean by changing region to north america is to Update the noramerican client?

 

u have to change your region to NA to play on gamez, if its still on Europe then u wont be able to play

 

i changed it to NA and then i had on the left to pick Europe or NA on the launcher not the settings

 

try reinstalling the gamez launcher, and make sure u are launching the game from the gamez launcher and not the ncsoft launcher
