I think this is BS

I played gamez before coming to crystal and I enjoyed it, so I donated. 225 USD, before the donation prices were changed and before I had even heard about crystal.

So then I began playing here on crystal and I absolutely -LOVE- it. But now my 225 USD is sitting on gamez, with items that dont even cost the same amount now that all the prices changed.

I've asked if my account could be banned on gamez, and after all the nessecary information had been given, for the amount I paid to gamez, to be credited to my account on crystal.

Carl ignored my first request for a week and a half, and then when I emailed [email protected] with the request, I got:

"We don't allow changing or swapping of donated items
A donation isn't a purchase its a donation"

I just think that this is complete and utter BS since he just wants to get more money out of me instead of crediting me for what i've already given him. If it were possible for me to transfer the items on my gamez char to a crystal char, i'd also be happy with that, but I was asking for something that was less hassling. And still the response is basically "No, you have to give me more money."


On another note, i'm not exactly sure this is the right section, but I guess if it isnt, someone can move it to the appropriate place.

just to clear things up:

well it is a "donation" with a form of points given to u as a sign of appreciation by Gamez

ur donation is addressed to Gamez not the whole server

while ur email is a "request" not a "demand"

hope u get ur request but if not then it just as the way it is a "donation" and am pretty sure they appreciate.

in this case they will be discussing this request but not to the point that it will deter maintaining the server imo.

so lets just wish all and understand for the very best!

nwy if this doesnt materialise ur request mayb as long as u dont play ur Gamez toon can u sell it thru private messaging? i just wonder if this is legal though or mayb there is an exemption

 

Currently we are not doing donation transfers but thats not to say that the admins might not do it in the future.. but when / if that day comes it will be announced in the forums but for now
