Still dont receive my credits and more that 1 week has passed

Today is 05/03/2011 and I still have no answers from GM's or ADM's. On the first Easter shop's day I brought the item: "Sexy Denim Dress" and for some reason, I dont received it. I have already posted my problem here: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php/70862-Missing-Items-Bought-From-Item-Shop But my post was deleted, so, I waited 2 days to receive my credits back(or the item) but I have no luck. I posted all the required screen shots.
I PM Bella, but she answer me the first and second time sayng that shes going to call Carl, but now, I still PM her and have no answers. More than one week have past and I still have no items or credits.
I just Wanna know. Wen my credits/item will return to me?
Pls, for any GM/ADM who read that, try to do something.

at least you've posted, that's good. also send out an email with email posted by AM Tousen.
Surely you'd have the missing item back.
