    not like this before update..
    casting speed for <Stamina Restoration IV> is to slow..
    i can feel something wrong for my chanter..
    please GM fix the casting speed for <Stamina Restoration IV>.
    cant play chanter if like this..not fair for this class..
    if chanter become like this..this is the poor class to choice and weak

    I have seen the post of a SAM about Stamina Restoration's casting time but as a Chanter user, as far as I really remember that healing skill is the only big heal skill I can use instantly. (Though I know on the link provided by that SAM -from Aion database- it's really 2 seconds casting time) Q.Q"

    So basically it's a bug that got fixed and he/she/it is just Q_Qing about it because the skill got nerfed.
