Problem with server connection

Hi,

I would like to know why a msg pops up when I try to log in the server?

I login my account, choose the server and the i got a msg: You are disconnected from the game server

what is wrong ? :sad:

I was just using the program: BattleField which suggested me a friend to lower my ping because it was too high and I had bag lags, but that's all.

I never used any kind of illegal program in game, so please tell the reason =/

 

If you were banned, it would state something along the lines of IP bla bla bla. So that is not the case. Most likely, something is blocking you from connecting to the server. Tinker around with firewall ports and the stuff (not good with technical stuff), but the disconnect should be related to net issues.

 

That isn't an error you would encounter if you were banned.

If you're using a latency service then you probably haven't configured it properly or your firewall is disallowing it after it establishes the initial connection.

 

No, i have been using this program for 3 days now and only 30mins ago when the game crashed, then i couldn'y connect back and i still keep getting the same msg before the characters option screen.

I will try to turrn off the firewall and login the game and see if i can...

Uh..Okies, i fixed it, it was the program that the antivirus begun to block from running =/
