character stuck

    hello

    can you plz fix my character he is stuck a gm in game tryed to help he said to come here and request to be unstuck.

    it will say "you are still logged in" then it will say "failed to join server"

    i got the "you have been disconnected from the game server" message....i have two chars on the same account and i can only log in to my ranger......so i dont really know whats is this about :(i got the similar problem as you:(so.....i think we need to be patient m8..
