    be sure you installed in the correct location , also, mhm perhpas they update laucher blabla, so you need never framework. how do to download use google.

    yah u will need if u gonna repair with ncsoft laucher. but dont realy understand why need to repair client if u just installed laucher, and its dropping framework error.

    NCLauncher.exe - .NET Framework Initializing Error

    HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NETFramework\InstaillRoot to point to the .NET Framework Install Location
