donation problem

donated, got my credits and picked out which items i wanted...server took my credits but didn't receive any items, it said wait about 5 minutes and they'll appear in your inventory...well that was 8 hours ago- anyone know what happened?

 

you need to email admin@gamezaion.com with your account info and a screenshot of your history from the website that shows you actually bought an item with your credits.

 

well i did that boobees, no response....

i pm'd some AM'S on here, no response, e-mailed support no response...it'll only take about 5 minutes and they'll appear in your inventory, oh well 22 hours later this is a long 5 minutes of being ignored...

 

umm really getting annoyed guys..5 minutes has turned into 26 hours really quick without so much as an answer....

 

31 hours still no response, no support....wth guys- i either want some compensation or a damn refund this is rediculous

 

32 hours....i'm sure you guys are sick of seeing this post up, i would like SOME SORT OF $@%$ RESPONSE HERE....

 

hmmm 44 hours no response, really starting to feel like you guys are taking my donation and telling me to **** off....no forum response, no pm response, no e-mail response, no items....this is some staff we got here

 

3 days...not 1 single response...no item delivery---wtf is wrong with staff here. Someone donates and you tell them to **** off? i want my damn money back this is ridiculous- i'll put my money on a game that gives a shit

i had to wait 4 months xD
when you bought the items did you login after?
or did you check to make sure their in your inventory in your cp online?
