Another good way to know who is doing their jobs well, is everytime someone is helped ingame/forums by a gm/am, there should be an automated survery to fill out about how they felt things were handled, and who it was handled by. This is how it is on a retail game I was a "gm" for and it seemed to have a great effect on the overall staff scene. (Btw I voted yes to you Zee. You seem to be on the forums a lot which means the community affairs are holding your attention to put forth posts on threads ^^ This shows you pay attention to the people which is a nice quality to have.)

 

Zee, If your come back could bring a brighter future in the community and in game.........

And yes, from being here for only the past two months, I can see why some people wonder about the reasons behind some people wanting to be in a server staff. I must say that there are still good people out there in the world, like myself who love helping people. Not just for the powertrip of the title, but for the feeling inside that you get when you do help someone. If I had more knowledge of this server (since I know all Pservers differ) I would apply myself lol. I miss helping people. So here's to hoping that more caring people apply to take over for some that are a bit less deserving of their status ^^ (Not all of you GM/AM's mind you, I know a lot do it for the right reasons, so dont take offense to that statement) and GL Zee

I don't really know why you were demoted or quit or anything cause I missed the drama of those days that the whole situation happened, but I always thought you're one of the best, and you and daax would do an amazing job together, even organising events and stuff

Seeing Zee to ask people if they would like to see him as GM again while he broke the rules but despite that he still keeps on showing to other people their mistakes and troll them...

Before coming here to ask if we want to see you as GM again, you should better admit what you've done, how active you were and the real reason why you went inactive, then come and ask our opinion
