Missing Masta bow

Race: Asmodian

Issue: OK i donated and got Mastarius bow + ABG bow. both were +15 with +5 attack stones and a blind 10% stone. I combined the two into one bow. I played with it for about 30 minutes then i DC and when i log back in its gone. All that is left is my ABG bow. Masta bow is not there, not in ineventory or anything. I just payed 50$ for this stuff and i cant even play with it for 1 hour, please can a staff help.



I can provide billing information in a more private setting if needed. Like i said, it all happened within 2 hours ago

Even weirder when i log out to the login screen I can see my character holding the bow.. but if i log in its gone.

 

just one note: fusion is kinda bugged so it tends to happen that the weps either split up and especially with bows that u lose one of them if that happens. its better to take lots of screenshots or preferably record a vid so they dont need to check for fakes

atm ull need to show them ur purchase history and whats left over from the fusion (warehouse/inventory/equip on the same screenshot) to show its not there

also remember that relog = save the char, if the server crashes or anything happens, its used as a backup so u wont lose the item, so always relog after major trades or fusion

most likely not but since he paid for it he can show

1. the money transfer records
2. purchase history
3. whatever is left over

especially since he paid for it it should be easier to get it back

and yeah i can vouch for lost bows it used to happen a LOT back then when fusion became possible. most weps would just split up and ud lose the godstone or something but with bows, one of them tended to get lost

 

Do i have screenshots? no i thought my item would be safe for at least an hour.

well if you bought them from your credits
its easy to get an item back
especially if you paid money for it
since you have the email sent to you confirming your transcation

anyways u still need to show a screenshot of ur website shop purchase history and preferably a confirmation of ur donation as well

 

where do i see a purchase history on website.. and im not screenshotting the email with billing info in public

 

um people generally edit the confirmation in paint and cross out the names/account numbers so u should be able to show it without revealing any private information. its up to u though

goto the website shop to the screen as if u were buying more items, theres a purchase history button at the top

goto the item shop, pick the server and character, once u see the list of items, there will be a purchase history button at the top for that character

like why is the character u bought the items on and screenshoted the purchase history for not even on the account u linked

 

yea cause social gold is stupid and wont let me donate on my main account.



And YEA i tried emailing them.. they havent responded in 3 weeks. and ive continued to send emails weekly.

so i have to buy VIP and donate on my alt account and give items to my main.

 

oh ok kinda strange that it says its ur social gold account thats under review, makes me wonder how u donated in the first place coz it shouldnt let u donate to any of ur accounts, not just 1 of them

anyways at least now they know u have 2 accounts and all ur chars, they can check the trade logs for the validity and to see if the bows r hidden somewhere (not saying they r, but its happened be4)

Yea thanks. This should be an easy fix because I have pretty much been inactive for months until recently. So if an admin could just check my accounts/trade history they could see because I have only traded I think myself that a few times recently. And those will be only trades in months.
