    You might want to explain your problem in more detail so someone can help you. What do you mean you cant login? You are getting d/c on login or you are getting some message?

    Sounds like your char could be stuck. Trying logging in the website and doing a Player Unstick Request. When the server restarts the next time, hopefully your char will be unstuck.

    this happened last night and us i know the serveur restart 1hour ago and nothing i still have this problem

    Read.
    Get onto the website, log in, and send a Player Unstuck Request. You'll see the option in the window on your left.
    Dont expect to get unstucked instantly though,

    Sometimes the only way to fix this also is for the Admins to login to the admin cp and manually unstick the chars. If your Unstick request doesnt work, try sending a pm to Carl or Kari and ask them to do this for you. I had to do this quite often so it shouldnt be a problem for you to get it done.
