Account stucked?

    Please, i want some help here. My game auto-closed and when i tried to log in again and I couldn't because my character didn't logged off,like it is supposed to. And my account is stucked since that, i can't even log in my account in-game.
    All I ask is to disconnect my character, in order to, i can log in again.

    For more information here's the error: On my first attempt to log in appears that: Your account is already logged in.
    On my second attempt to log in appears that: Failed to connect to the server.

    You need to put in a Player Unstick Request from the website and hopefully your char will get unstuck.
