cant pick drop from mobs and sell/byu in npc

first dont tell me i need to relog install game because i did this few times .. and still cant pick and sell/byu items any ideas what its the matter( i can pick only kinah) my inventory isnt full . yes i was read this some another problem but i dont is lag or etc. unstuck request for me dont work. now i am dead and cant resurect after relog = for must do ctr alt +del because logout/quit dont work....

eu 2.1.0.12but i know suport is only for na but this few days dont have any problems i have patched to na from eu. but today start fail pick drops

and i see one little things this bug or expectation to dont pick and sell buy . exist afte i get much item in one time to inventory i use button pick all and then this happend maybe i try use normal pick -.- we will see
