That user does not exist in our database

Problems with my acc.
I sure about my login and pass.
But i cant log in game just say this!
"That user does not exist in our database"
I stop play 1 year ago and back now.
Interesting is: i have 2 acc, same time of creation,and time stoped but only one work.
What hapen?
I very worried cuz in this acc i have items from many time of game!

 

They erased all accounts that were inactive for 7 months or older :X
i love how right after the new emulator was installed, people started to come back xP

Hello,

There will be a scheduled update for Siel and Lumiel on Monday 2nd of May 2011. During this maintenance all inactive accounts for 7 months old will be deleted. Players and other old information will also be deleted and the databases will be optimized. This maintenance is intended to reduce the size of our large database in preparation for the major update which is scheduled on Tuesday 3rd May 2011.

hey ...i see no one wannt to reply ...so i make it shortly... they did and major update to gamezion...they actually changed the emulator...and those accounts what was inactive for 7 months they ar deleted...so GL whit gamezaion and WELCOME BACK !!! (the information it`s short i hope that u understand i know my english sackz xD)
