need help for the vitality extraction and the aether extraction...

    my vitality extraction and aether extraction is now lvl 499,and i want to level it up.when i went to the artisans hall it said that i have to pass the master test?is it a quest?where will i get it?

    I dont know if Bryne can level up player's skills or not but Carl and Karissa can. Just send one of them a pm and see if they would be willing to raise it by 1p for you. It only takes a minute to check players skills and I was doing this for them before I quit.
