account ??

ok my problem is that i didnt play gamez for a while and now have come back, i had 2 accounts 1 of which i was lucky enough too remember my pw n login and so able too play again but the second no matter what pw i enter it just says wrong. This im sure is incorrect as i tend too stick too a few pws that only i know. The reset pw box is totally uselss as i have entered all my email addys and it dont recognise any and also i just read a post saying all old accounts 7 month + were deleted but if this was so for mine surely it wouldnt show wrong pw but just not recognise the username also, and just too add too that i cannot see why that account may be deleted and not the 1 im playing as both were very active at same point so i would have thought either none or both.
This has also happened too my friend who has just made a new account too go on with, but he also cannot login too his original account and we both played here at same point not too long ago.

If poss could a gm or admin look into this and i would be more than willing too give more details as too my account.

bueno yo tengo un problema con mi personaje principal cada ves que intento entrar me desconectan pero con los otros personajes de la misma cuenta no me desconectan y ya tengo tiempo con ese problema

 

as stated i played both accounts, 1 i now able too play the other i cant seem too login on but it dont act like its deleted as it would say doesnt exist NOT wrong pw.

I have no idea wtf you just said m8, sorry. Maybe a reply too an english tread in english may help, no offence
