    do unstuck request on our website www.gamezaion.com log in choice "Player Unstuck Request" and wait till server restarts without logging in to that accnt if you will unstuck request will be canceled, also you mail to [email protected] with ur accnt id,server you play,char name and problem you got there.

    If it were just fixed by a server restart, then no one would have to report the error. I see people reporting stuck characters after months of waiting on occasion.

    And why does the server have to be restarted every day? -.-

    hellmade has already explained clearly if char is not unstuck after restart then he/she must contact to hgms and they will unstuck him/her from admin cp...

    HGMs have an admin cp now? When did that happen? And if so, wouldn't it be faster just to contact an HGM in the first place?

    becoz most of ppl log in to that accnt after 1m they request unstuck. and if its not getting fixed, they can email admin, so admin will do everything from admin pc.

    Most likely because the unstuck request form says nothing about a waiting period. Might have fewer problems if clear instructions were given, no?

    No I don't. I'm asking questions because I'm finding faults in the answer you are giving. If it doesn't make sense, I want it clarified.

    Send unstuck request from gamez web-site, if it does not help, try contacting bryne, carl or karissa..
    so thread is closed to avoid farther flames
