Items used for skinning disappearing

I traded 100 gold medals to a Cool swimsuit and skinned it to my armor, closed the game, opened it up later and I was back in my recent armor skin and the swimsuit was gone. What happened? I was not expecting my item to disappear out of nowhere so I didn't think of taking screenshots i would just like to know when this will be fixed.


Also~ If i take a screenshot of my purchase history, where is it saved to so that i may post it on the forums?

He didn't buy the swimsuit from the web shop, so there's virtually no proof at all.

 

yah i saw, is what i said in my 1st post. perhaps sam and etc would check logs or something u know. but sometimes happens 1 thing no proofs, never happend... and be proofs i meaned info .
