    my char lektikos from giannakos13 acc has bugged in ignision!when try login sent me this ''not connected to the game server" when check my char from site said me he is online lol plz help me return my char in safe place and make him log out for me ty and soz for my english

    the only thing we can do to help you is to tell you to send an unstuck request,

    Go to the main website, log-in to your account, and click the unstuck request, select character that is bugged..

    and then do not play or try to select that char till the next server restart
