In Prison, Required Respond Urgently

Dear GM,

give me a reason why you put us in prison, we have enter verteron through ely abyss castle, if it's not allowed how the system let us go,also please note only VIP can go there, and this issue is from the game not we have done some thing wrong or hacker, at least you have to speak with us and respond when we wisper you, we like this server alot and that really make us unhappy when we see the gm not responding to us, please if you thing that we deserve to stay at prison we dont have any problem, but kindly note that our history is so clean we never used any hacker and this issue happen beacuse of the bug in this server,also we were not knowing it's wrong as we though it's ok for VIP members.

please respond to us ASAP

The System is so bugged that you might get Banned without knowing what bug you abuse ..

 

The GM that put you in prison should have sent you a pm letting you know why you were being put in prison. Hopefully they will see this thread and respond.
