    Kisk bug is over cant bind , i can bind at kisk now +1 to gamez keep up

    is a character problem you need to Create a new one Period. thats your old Characters Setting

    delete ur char and create a new one, those are the steps u need to follow to be able to bind on kisk!

    1. don't enter //givemissingskills as long u're not lvl 25+
    2. don't bind to a obelisk until ur in sanctum/pandemonium
    3. Go to the general merchant and buy a kisk
    4. set the kisk and bind
    5. you can now use //givemissingskills
    6. go bind to an obelisk u want to

    have fun with using kisks ;)
