Combining Donation Items only to have them dissappear

This IS NOT the first time our guild has bought something from the donation store and after combining the item with in-game item, get d/c'd automatically, then lose the item.

Today, my guildmate, who is also my brother combined a Bollvig's Love with an ABG sword and when he tried logging out, the game automatically closed. When my brother logged back in, the GS was gone and the ABG reverted back to the original GS before the Bollvig.

The last time this same incident happened was with a combined ABG bow with NHDE bow. After the combination, my guildmate could not log out and was automatically closed out of the game. The combined weapon was reverted back to the original primary weapon, and the 2ndary ABG bow was gone. The GM/AM we e-mailed never gave us a solution, only brushed us off saying it's the Dev's fault.

This is definitely not right. I will no longer donate to this site, along with my guildmates, who together we've collectively given over $600 US to this private server already. If this incident, too, isn't fixed, consider that you've lost our guild's future donations.

 

We'd be happy to help you, but we cant help you if you wont help yourselves, provide screenshots, chatlogs, etc anything that can prove you bought this combined that , lost this and lost that. thank you

 

So we need to fraps every time we combine? Perhaps it should be POSTED in big red text warning us that we MUST fraps everything before, during, and after combining when we buy the item?

The only proof is on the "History" list under when we bought the item.

What's the point of having a "History" if it serves as no evidence of buying an item? Perhaps take that crap out of the donation site and add in big red text "FRAPS EVERYTHING YOU BUY, IF YOU DON'T, AND YOU LOSE AN ITEM, IT'S YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT." That might be more beneficial than having a history list that serves no role.
