This is IMPORTANT!!! Please help me!!!

I had a problem that only one of my three characters (Lenoria) did not log in.
Then i sent an e-mail to support me and they fixed my problem.
Okay... but they (ADM, GM, I don't know who) said that was an item that was blocking my character. When I logged in my character there was no sign of itens, all of them...just gone!
Then I sent another e-mail asking my itens back, and after days i had my answer.
They asked me what itens were deleted...fine, i sent another e-mail with a list of the itens that were deleted 5 minutes later, without answer until now.
I've lost 1 week, i stopped voting as well for 1 week. It's taking too long.
I just want my itens back as soon as possible, i don't have to lose my itens that i've got with so much effort because of a server bug.
Please, i want it fixed.

what do you mean by "they (ADM, GM, I don't know who)"?

and about missing items,
they need to do deep investigation. just wait their response

 

Well...they deleted my itens, they know it. I think there's no need for a deep investigation.
Just gimme my itens back and that's it.
There are a lot of people who can confirm that I really had everything that I've lost.
Oh...the problem with stuck character is solved, they needed to delete my itens to unstuck it.

 

Lenolerian is my friend and I saw everything happening to him. He lost his itens and I want them back too 'cause it's not fair.

 

He's my friend too, please any GM/ADM solve his problem, please!!!

 

Well.. actually I'd need a list of the item, screenshots of ur Donation History and ingame Warehouse & Character inventory Full open ~
Since we can't do anything w/o Proofs.

The person who answer through that email deleted all my itens trying to fix my problem and he forget to gimme them back.
I'm not donater! I help the server only voting, if u check out my account u will see that I have 950 ~ 1000 credits acquired by voting. I was trying to buy an ABG Necklace for my templar, but my itens were deleted before that. I don't have nothing of so much value.
Look:
ABG Greatsword (Acquired through voting, 30 days voting and helping the server)
Anuhart Templar Set
Master Drenium Plate Set (i've lost so many days trying to make it, i'm really sad)
Tahabata's Sword and Tahabata's Shield
2 EAT Rings, 1 EAT earrings, 1 earrings of ascending, 1 Dragon Flame Diamond Necklace.
And 186 Gold Medals. ( I can't loose them, because of my EAT Plate Set)

I don't have any screenshots of my character because I cannot foresaw something like that could happen to me, am I right?
I don't mean to get more itens then I should get. I just want my itens back to continue playing. U can look at your database, perhaps may prove it.

Please, Help Me. I'm telling the truth. I cannot begin again!
