[PIC] Items Lost After Remodelling.

Dear GMs,

I recently bought a Nobel Balaur Hat with 1K Credits from cash shop to remodel my ABG Helm. After confirmed, I log in and take the Balaur to Remodeller to remodel my ABG as usual. However, after I was done remodeling, I could not quit/log out - thus, had to manually shut down Aion from Task manager. After that, I logged back in and found my ABG Helm still in its previous shape but the Nobel Balaur hat is gone.

Following are my screenshots showing that I bought it from the cash shop and the after-before pictures of the modelling process. Hope you can fix this asap.

I'm still looking forward to your reply. I know this might not be much to complain about but it's preventing from buying any more items to remodel. I hope you will understand the situation and help me out.
