My 'assasin' character are is damaged !

Hi , i have question . I have more than 1 character on my account in Aion and my best character are bugged:i dont have skills (0 stigma) , everything was deletet , when I want to log on 'saintinfidel' character i cant see my character (i can see only chat window , and my rows of skills ). I everyday vote at this account , i am not cheating ;/ pls repair my character

 

Ur character is most probably stuck
go : http://gamezaion.com/index.php?page=unstick and make an unstuck request and DONT log it untill the server restarts .

 

so , when can I log? and how to check when the server is restarted?

 

u can log ur other characters , but not the stuck one. So i think ull see when server gets restarted. Also u can check the Official server reboot thread , it usually gets "crazy" when the server lags and needs a reboot

 

tell me , why the character are stucked? what is this reason ?
