Problem shop from 8/5/2011

    i was bought (8/5/2011 aproxmatly 15:10 GMT ) Mastarius Spear + Archon Brigade Generals Spear from shop , its cost 4000 credits



    after 5mins i find the two items in my inventory ,,
    then iam compined the spears to improve my attack ,, and put godstone with it ,
    and try my compined spear with my friends in duels ,,,
    after two hours i quit the game ,, and at same time back because forget somthing ,,
    suddenly i find only Mastarius Spear without combined ,,
    also find godstone in my inventory ,,

    the Archon Brigade Generals Spear dissapeared from my invenotry, and the credits not back to me ,,

    Plz GM HelP me .. iam new player ,, and i dont know what happen with me
    THis problem from 8/5/2011 until now ..

    and there is no reply or gve us fixing date to solve it ..

    i cant buy any thing from shop , maybe same problem will happen agian ..
    iam stoped playing ... plz try give me any info or any hope ...
