    I tried to fuse my Veille with ABG Greatsword ''AGAIN'' :crying:. It vanished after i re-logged.
    The video below is my proof.

    Sony was kind enough to help me out the last time.
    There won't be a 3rd time :), I've learned my lesson.
    I'd appreciate it if i can get it replaced.

    Well if you use the fused item immediately after you fused it (got kill some mobs or something) the fusions tends to stay.

    But yea this is a pain in the ass, good thing it hasn't happened to me so far, GL getting it back dude.

    from the vid that was posted...

    why ur stigma stone go besides the GS after u log-out....(1st lane in inventory)
    when be4 log-out it is in under the GS........(2nd lane in inventory)

    play the vid again and take a look with that stigma stone!!
