Ingame given bollvig's love vanished off my weapon.

Iam ilbreezeli from siel asmo today my friend robinjamesparker(real IGN)
gave me a bollvig's love as a gift for a favor i did for him afterwards i socketed it on my weapon(blackheart's dagger offhand)and went pvping for about an hour and a half then i Dced and when i relogged i noticed my blind wasn't procing i look on my weapon and my bollvig's love is missing replaced by my ex- godstone the vidar's dignity i need serious help it cost my friend 20 days of voting to purchase it and for it to just dissapear into thin air is very frustraighting.

so please if any am can check my loggs and my friends loggs and confirm that i received the godstone and that it really did just vanish please do help T_T.:crying:
really need it replaced.

also someone tell me how i can check purchase history on gamezaion i don't see the option.

 

go to add item and then select server and then select character then you will see something like this.

Server: Player:




click on history link and you will see your purchase history
