in the vid you where speed hacking and no cast for your skilles ..idk how you got away with this ..this is not the first time you do it and we all know how you play.. dont say coz your a pro player even pro players cant run or jump thats fast and that way .

This is a known visual glitch even maybe happening to you sometimes Horas, and you just "didn't notice" while others see you flying... About speed/jumps/altitude from ground etc. I've checked this video several times and second by second...

@ Time: 0:40+ at Edited version of the video: Ruiko is looking way faster than others -BUT- the other players are busy with PvP and not sharply moving to a direction; since their movements interrupted by enemy players several times and one of them got root while other attacking him.

So Ruiko is just moving (running away/to bridge side) without any interruption nor debuff, no factor to decrease his speed at all.

and if not: Yes he's hacking wings and on 0:40 he's clearly looking like speed hacking, if you compare other two players in same frame, he's very fast than rest!

 

But somehow I have a question, since when my conversation was happened like below with Tousen (Partial quotes, you can read at my profile for full conv.):

I guess there's kind of bug Tousen, I believe this is just "visual glitch" which happened at Ruiko either.
Speed, altitude, etc. params are kinda looks same. Banned player probably didn't even know how he's looking by another's eye... That was happened at my PvPs either 3-4 times.

However, I believe it's kind of visual glitch.

Because if you've watched Ruiko's video and the recently banned one, you can easily see their speed isn't 16 nor something higher than their norms {plus} their altitude is same, they're not flying onAir at all. No benefit of fly-state but being banned.

Question: According to Tousen, he knows both ways of wing case about how to use it as "Hack" and/or "Trigger this Bug" and he decided to ban him with this video. So means: He believe this is "Hack" type of wing case.

please read what gm responded to the report. it wasnt me who banned Ruiko because i wouldnt perma banned someone for flying in balaurea.
