character selection stuck forever hang!!!!!!!!!!!! can anyone help

    my problem is really really gonna be helpless
    my Frozenskullz cant be unstuck in any server restart
    its been 4 weeks GMs if it cant be brought back to us can we just take the items even if you just delete the character
    im tired of waiting for my character im not, gonna wait for weeks,or months or even a year just to take it back i made a new one but i need the items zzzzzzz :sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad: if any gm can help me this is my call pls reply i really really tired of unstucking

    1)when you send unstuck request you should not log on your char untill server is not restarted
    2)Pm heads and they will unstuck you

    i did not log on in it today its doesnt do they said it will be ok when the server is restart the server restarted last 4 hrs but its still stuck man it sucks

    it still hangs when character selection i hope i just get the items so there will be no problem anymore im tired T_T
