Problem in Aethertapping and Essencetapping

i am gathering aether so i can craft scroll then something appear that i need to input a code to incantaion against poison then the code is not readable and i tried to input it after 3 times attempt and failed i cannot gather aether within 1 hour time what is this problem sir pls help

I had this too in Alukina's plaza. I have no idea what it's supposed to be, any clarification would be nice.

 

i posted about 5 threads about it but seems like the GM ignoring me lol

when you essence/aethertap, you have a limit of how many you can do before they do a "check" to see if it's actually you or a bot.
it's just one of many fixes ncsoft put in place to fight the war against bots.

if you're not putting the codes in right, then i suggest you read them better. or it could be your computer limiting you from seeing the codes, in that case: throw it away. ^^

u're not giving us a solution, u need to know that, the problem is the letters not appear like letters !!
so even u try 100 times u'll never get them right.
i was playin in another server and i never saw that****
so i think the GM can resolve the problem.

 

Code is unreadable



Whats the fourth character and the last. I tried T and J for fourth and i thought it was an apostrophe for the last could have been a g maybe. This is unreadable I can never make out ALL the letters and 3 attempts isn't enough for all the possible combinations it could be.

Now for this one I can see the last 4 are 3WWW but the first letter is not readable I tried an R a K and nothing are spaces also counted in this? And I get poisoned everytime on first node no randomness get 1 or 2 aether and poisoned. I dont expect this to get fixed immediately I am just posting proof so the devs can get word of it and maybe either fix it or get rid of it. I dont mind the captcha and what it does but change the font to Courier New or something not bubble letters. :annoyed:

well there has been many posts on this subject all with the same comments, one thing i have noticed since patch other day is that the captcha's are now popping like atleast 3/5 nodes that are picked. That is just stupid and very annoying. The fact that if you do actually mess up on the captcha it stops you gathering full stop is also unfair, ok you fail too input the captcha stop the aether gathering but essence too that ****. This captcha issue does need looking into and resolving as it is getting well beyond a joke now. For the ppl that cannot read the capctha's it also makes it very unfair. Lets face it there isnt an issue with botters on here unlike retail so making these inactive would be a solution. One other thing wtf is 100 extractors about, capping the amount you can gather is also stupid, its not active on the other aether and most certainly should not be on magical either. Yes i know you can buy other toons and buy more but there shouldnt be a cap at all !!!!!!!!!!!


GMS please get this sorted, this affects both donators and non- donators so yeh really does need looking into
