blind vs silence

so like title say what you to put priority at first??? if could plz explain! :ninja:

 

It depends on your playing style and your class

for example I play Sin and I got 2 pair of weapon sets
I use pair MCD swords with silence (For sorcs SM clerics and chanters)
and Pair Masta swords with blind
it all depends on your strategy

 

so for exmpl I am ranger. and use a silence.... but today I thought maybe better it would be if use blind gs....

 

Even style doesn't exactly matter. Silence is best.

Seeing as how Skills do the most damage. Blind is amazing vs melee. But! Take into account the fact that EVERY class will use skills?
Silence removes those threats if it procs. Soooo yea there you go,

you should use blind gs cause you have silence arrow tho..

nope that depends on your style cause you may silence a glad but he can auto attack you and if you have 100 hp left you still die comparing it to blind he will miss and you can flee the battle hide and heal

It's all preference I suppose.
I prefer silence on my ranger because blind is pretty much useless against casters and clerics.
Not only that but silence stops remove shock from being cast. Too bad gamez doesn't have knockback working from crits...then it wouldn't even be a question.

 

thats your opinion for that same reason I prefer blind on rangers cause they already have silence arrow

1)Blind is useless vs magic classes
2)blinded char can still use skills, that mean he/she can stun,root and etc you
3)eh.. anyway silence is better but the best is para so up to u :3

blind.. i don't like it. Brings nothing agains cleric, sorcs, sm's

silence ftw! if you know how to play with stuns and how to cover the godstone proccs (by using dots for clerics / sm's /sorcs) you can kill someone so easely, stunlock ftw for classes!

i would go for silence. Every class got skills who requires magical skills (ranger = buffs / sins = buffs + runes / sorcs = all skills / sm = all skills / chanter = heals + buffs / cleric = all skills / templar = self heals + buffs / gladiator = self heal + buffs)

and of course, don't forget shock remove on all classes -.- ^^

i would definitively go for silence *love it*!

That's probably why I started off my reply with "it's all preference..."
I like to open with silence arrow so it cycles back to the end of the fight...you know when you really need it. Especially against chanters/clerics.

 

i tihink silence is way better,
