    Is there a way to put like 4 mana:w00t:stones all at once in the item? or do I have to go 1 by one? If thats the case, how can I increase My success rate?

    you have to go 1 by 1. i heard a rumor that there is a potion to increase your success, but i dont know if thats for enchantment stones or manastones., but i know you have to go 1 by 1, so if there is 6 holes you have to go 1 rock at a time xD
