Having issues downloading the game

    Hello, I have just registered to the website
    and tried downloading the game, but I couldn't, hope you could help me.
    When i click to download the launcher nothing happened
    and when i clicked to download the client, it moved me to a page that looks like this:

    I hope you can help me somehow

    are u sure u downloaded the NCSoft launcher and updated it to 1.9?
