Login Failure

    Yeah I'm knew here and have problems logging in.
    When I type in my ID and PW it says one of them are not matching. I've checked for any mistype and there's nothing wrong with it, I even changed PW once and I still can't log in.

    Any ideas what's wrong?

    Download the Gamez launcher and install it, when it's complete run it and you should hopefully connect!

    Or what charmcaster said, server may be updating, make sure you have the launcher since you're new.

    Yeah I have the Gamez launcher already, bet my .exe chose the NCsoft over Gamez. But now when I choose Gamez's, it says it's not available in my country?
