Disconnect on Party Join

    Same.. if someone can fix with my character.. Cleric Celine ( Lumiel, elyos)
    1. I was at BT, had a noobish group then I typed /leave group
    2. My friend invited me in another group and I got dc.
    3. I did retry, and same dc.
    4. After 30min I enter again on server and can play without problems.
    5. An player invited me in group, again same. :andy:

    P.S Sorry for my english.


    EDIT : OMG.. now this happened with all my chars, is like a virus =D

    Yes, this really needs serious attention, as it prevents any players from playing this game just because of a simple party-join problem.

    Some characters are bugged when they Join Party / Alliance
    Just stay out of the Party / Alliance if you see that you got DC
    It's a bug..it will be fixed soon ( I hope >_< )

    The same issue just happened with me, I logged into a different character for around 10 minutes, and then tried again to log into my glad. It worked, the parties auto disband after a certain amount of time, so until its fixed, just gotta wait for the party to disband itself. then carry on playing

    You are lucky, when I logged in game ( without party ) , I run around the world of Aion, after 30min I wanted to go BT/DP, when ppl invited me, automaticaly disconected from game, this happened only when i'm invited in any group. Then, it not works what you said.

    There seems to be a lot of cases of this happening atm. it's happened to me 6 times, on different toons. All made with people next to me. a mix of me inviting and them inviting. Unless there is a GM online for you to talk to, i'd say avoid making a party if atall possible, hard i know considering best items require a party. but yeah :/ Awkward times call for a brew. :)

    At the moment I havn't yet found a way to fix it, other then wait for about 10-15 minutes, then the party will automatically disband and you should be able to log back on

    I'm hoping to do 3 hours
    and still not back to normal
    have to dissolve the party to return to normal play
    would not be simpler to give the server a restart at a certain time of day

    Whenever my toon got bugged up by this, it only took 10-15minutes of not trying to login then it worked again. Though a bug fix and a server restart would be a useful idea :p

    Just joined an alliance, got immediately disconnected, tried to relog, disconnect, rinse and repeat.

    Now to make it worse....


    ... IN GAMEZAION, ALLIANCES DON'T AUTO-DISBAND. GROUPS DO.

    Result: Perma Party-join Disconnect on login across all alliance members.

    Try it yourself:
    1. Make an alliance.
    2. Invite people.
    3. Kick everyone out.
    4. Have someone else invite you to their group.
    5. Does it work? ;)
    6. Conclusion: Alliances don't auto-disband.
