ranger trap effect on mobs

hi, admin, i seen that chain skill is fixed already.. iand i'm thaxfull of it and item.pak for 1.9

but, there r one think that i wana ask.. is it effec ranger trap is not effected to mobs now? or using % that mobs can effected? for example i using blind trap (i'm forget the name) to the mobs, and the mob's still hit me, and no buff on the mobs.. would you please explain this, is it still not fixed or this is the way ranger trap on patch 1.9? but i tried on pvp (other char, not mobs) it 100% effected..
secont is about blind.. when i'm duelling or pvp withh asmo, i see the blind buff on my character, but i still can use my all skill just like normally.. is it still not fixed too or....??

I don't think the traps are fixed, no traps are %proc since MResist hardly works on this server. It's almost 100% hit. It may not work though.

 

soo... archer trap is 99% useless for hunting?? and they have lv 1 hiding that mobs can hit them, and using leather armor.. that's kinda good combo doesn't it?

please admin to fix the trab on mobs.. thx..
