Why is this happening to people?

Before I get into my questions, I want to say a few things.

So my gladiator is disconnected for no apparent reason as I am walking around in Primum. I attempt to log back in to my character, but the client stops working. :sad: So I go on the forums and learn that my character is stuck, so I make an unstuck request. Here is the part that completely makes me feel like I did something wrong. Many of you know of the server reboot thread, which is here . Note the sentence posted by the maker: "Whassap, talk here when its time for a server reboot." Today, some people started talking, which led me to believe that the server was rebooting. I then try to log on my character again, but my character is still stuck, so nothing was fixed. :whistling:

Now for my questions. Was it a bad thing that I logged into my character after I made an unstuck request? Are others who made an unstuck request still stuck or is it only happening to me? Is there a reason why characters are getting stuck in the first place? It seems odd since it happened to me, and I do not see a reason why it happened.

 

My friend got stuck once and never login back until server restart then after that, it was fine.

 

U cancelled the unstuck request. Now u have to make another unstuck request and NOT log that char till the server restarts

 

Ok. Thank you. Now, I thought that the server restarted since people started talking on that thread I linked on my post. I was told that if people started talking on that thread, there was a server reboot. For others convenience, I think people shouldn't talk on that thread unless it is a server reboot just like the creator of that thread intended, and maybe I would not have gotten confused and logged in to my character in the first place. I hope others did not make the same mistake I did and was tricked. I would appreciate if that didn't happen again.

 

Bump for other question. Why are characters being stuck in the first place? There has to be a reason. I feel like it would be interesting to know how it happens. Wouldn't everyone want to know why characters are getting stuck? Thank if you want to know.
