Do you really know what is a Daevas that we play in Aion is?

ok i like to share some info about this cuz alot of people dont really know wat is a Daeva they just play the game and dont care about the story line. Aion Story line is very interesting to me so here is ur answer

Daevas are humans, either Elyos or Asmodian, who have achieved Ascension through hardships or a twist of fate which awakens their potential to become Demi-Gods.
The Daeva's powers comes from their ability to control Aether, which very very few humans are capable of (and even most humans who do could not achieve proficiency).

Of perhaps the most notable feats that comes from controlling Aether, is the immortality of the Daeva. While their bodies may temporarily be slain by a fallen blade or a well-aimed arrow, with the power of Aether the spirit may revive the body and become whole again.

As Demi-Gods living among mortals, the Daeva are revered and given the unchallenged right to rule over the humans. With power comes responsibility, and it is up to the Daeva to protect the humans from attacks of other races.

The Daeva had been entrusted with the responsibility of protecting the Tower of Eternity. However, after the Millennium War, the Daeva split into two Factions, the Elyos and the Asmodian. Following the destruction of the tower the two factions were separated, each occupying a different half of Atreia, and only recently have they rediscovered each others existence. In this discovery they have become locked into a blood feud as they each hold the other faction responsible for the tragedy.

You forgot to mention that each side believes they need to detroy the other sides part of the tower or else the aether will continue to siphon off into the abyss and that would cause everyone to die.
