Help please

i installed the game ,and i installed the launcher too ,and when i start the game is in chinese.what i do wrong?

run ncsoft and click on files then you can change it form chinese to english after you change it u gotta repair the gasme by clicking the drop down arrow next to aion (again in ncsoft launcher) then click rapair after that it should be english if not let me know ill see if i can help you any farther
